🚭 Smoking & Substances
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors.
- Cigarettes and cigars may be used outdoors only. Please dispose of all butts properly to avoid penalties.
- Marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including patios and balconies.
🐾 Pets
- No pets are allowed. This is a city permit requirement—no exceptions.
🎉 Events & Visitors
- No parties or events that may disturb neighbours.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No visitors or unregistered guests.
- No third-party bookings. The person who books must be present during the stay.
🔇 Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Music is permitted during the day, provided it does not disturb neighbours.
🧾 Guest Requirements
- Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
- Guests under 21 must provide written parental consent if not accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please submit consent via email or signed form before arrival.
- ID verification may be required for reservations made less than 30 days before check-in.
🕔 Check-in & Check-out
- Please respect the designated check-in and check-out times. Late check-out or early check-in may incur a fee ($100–$300).
- No luggage drop-off is permitted before or after your stay.
🧼 Cleaning & Checkout Tasks
Our cleaning fee ensures a high standard of cleanliness for all guests. To help our team, please complete these simple tasks before checkout:
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Bag, seal, and bring all trash to the back alley.
- Place white towels only in the washing machine and start it (detergent provided).
- Do NOT strip the beds—our cleaning staff will handle this.
- Please double-check for personal items before leaving. Left-behind items will be shipped at your expense + $50 + tx administrative fee.
🚗 Parking & Vehicle Security
- Onsite parking is reserved for guests with mobility issues, small children, or smaller sedans ($).
- Mandatory: Use both the provided steering wheel lock bar and wheel boot when parked onsite. Instructions are provided in the welcome packet.
- Guests with SUVs (especially Toyota Highlander, Rav4 Hybrid, Honda CR-V, Lexus, Jeep, pickup trucks) are strongly encouraged to use indoor parking at 400 rue de Malines.
- FAB HomeRentals is not responsible for parking-related incidents or thefts.
🎬 Movie Rentals
- Movie rentals are not permitted without prior approval and payment.
📷 Photography & Filming
- No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property.
