About FAB HomeRentals

Our story

Bernhard and Frédérique met onboard the legendary “Love boat”. Due to their passion and long experience for the travel and hospitality industries, they decided to pursue their careers in the management of short-term rental properties. In 2016, they acquired their first building and welcomed their 1st child, Abigail.

FAB HomeRentals was then born out of the initial of their three 1st names. F for Frédérique, A for Abigail and B for Bernhard. FAB!

Today, FAB HomeRentals offers multiple beautifully equipped apartments in Montreal. All of our rentals are legal and safe, covered by all the necessary city permits, certifications and insurance.

We love to welcome visitors from all over the world in this urban, cultural, gourmet, and vibrant neighbourhood.

Legal and safe

We are fully licensed. We have all the permits from the city of  Montreal (Plateau Mont-Royal), the CITQ certifications and the required insurances. We ensure that our units are always in perfect shape.

Fully equipped kitchen

Our kitchens are fully equipped. Sharp knives, Nespresso Machines, filter coffee machines (with filters and coffee supplied) and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, mixer, spacious refrigerator/freezer, dishes and cooking utensils and more …. to help make your preferred dishes.

Large and comfortable apartments

WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney app, Air Conditioning, Patio, Parking close by, Washer-Dryer, etc. Everything is included in our luxury rentals. You’ll get to enjoy spacious open room concept.
