Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you written approval.1
The full rental balance must be paid before you receive access to the apartment.
Only the guests listed in your reservation may stay in the apartment. If you wish to add guests, please contact us for approval. Unauthorized guests may result in extra fees or cancellation of your reservation.
Your rental is for the dates specified in your reservation. Extensions may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Cancellations follow the policy on your booking platform. Please send all cancellation requests in writing to fabhomerentals@gmail.com.
If you leave early, no refund will be provided.
We may enter the apartment for emergencies, suspected rule violations, or maintenance, with reasonable cause.
The apartment will be clean and well-maintained at check-in. Please report any damage or issues as soon as they arise. Excessive cleaning or repairs will be billed at $45/hour for cleaning and $95/hour for repairs.
You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests. Liability insurance is strongly recommended.
Pets and smoking (of any kind) are strictly prohibited for health and safety reasons.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Music is allowed during the day if it does not disturb neighbours.
Serious rule violations (e.g., smoking, parties, aggression, property damage, overcrowding) may result in immediate eviction without refund.
This agreement is governed by the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and the laws of Québec. Our apartments are CITQ-certified and authorized for short-term rentals.
